My understanding from Mr. Seidel regarding sales people is that they must be experienced engineers able to work with the end user contractors... not an easy fit but I know from past UGSI communications that they have hired more people in those positions already and my assumption is the hiring has already paid back in the form of continued sales increases. I say: keep hiring until the market comes to UGSI. FWIW.
