EDIG is selling at early '99 prices, yet is light years ahead of where its markets and products were back then.
The Parade article appears to be the beginning of that compelling marketing strategy of which we have heard but not seen, until now. In my conversations with the new power structure, marketing is very much part of the strategy to further brand the e.Digital name. I can't wait to see how the major airline decides to promote their new IFE offering. Should be another bullish event when that takes place.
Getting the word out of e.Digital's up and coming products is key to driving these markets. I did note that the new price on the Odyssey 1000 is $399.
I would think they will have no problem selling out their inventory of O-1000s and get a good idea for the ensuing demand for such a product, after this article hits.
Hopefully the exposure will "enlighten" our friends in retail.
Meanwhile, the company does not sit still...
