the float may be a bit more than 12 because of the divi from gdsm, but still, a small float and a lock down is possible, its all relative, this is a super small float dollar wise and people are just now beginning to find out about it. Even if the float were 20 or 30 million it is still tiny. I think this thing has enormous potential, I am sure that the "air" is being spread thru avenues like this one. Very exciting indeed.
