The truth of the matter is, LLEG is hoping to build a biomass plant in NH and in negotiations of acquiring another in California.

This is still a spec play which has not panned out yet. Everyone here treats is as though it's already happened in NH and it has not.

I think that's why to see one actually materialize would finally put pps in a higher bracket and convince traders that stock is in fact solid.
