ROCHESTER, N.H. & NEW YORK, Apr 04, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Willey Brothers, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of BrandPartners Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BPTR) today announced that the company will now be known as BrandPartners. The name change aligns the name of the Rochester, N.H.-based Willey Brothers, an integrated retail store planning and design, merchandising and creative services company, with that of its corporate parent, BrandPartners Group. The name change is effective immediately.
Founded in 1983, Willey Brothers has been a wholly owned subsidiary of BrandPartners Group, Inc. since its acquisition in 2001.

The company's Furniture Group provides leasing and installation of casegoods and systems furniture.
