I think Lawsuit will be dropped soon. IMO. If we get that news, then its good.

Minibar shares become unrestricted after Mar 10, 2011. They have 35 million shares@0.0025. Current PPS is only 0.0003. They will try to bring the PPS up. So IMO unrestricted shares also is a good news for the Investors.
