Yes minimum bid. If it's worded correctly it may get picked up by the news wires or even the financial news wires which may be well worth the small investment to do the legal and put the small piece on E-Bay.

And again, "yes I do understand it's possible that it may cheapen the deal and, "no" I'm not sure we will do it at all".
