From the company's minimalist communication style,

the Financials should be out toward the end of March.

On a side note, I've been thinking that if the business is doing as good as we've been imagining, STAU shouldn't need to dilute anymore.

With that said, STAU doesn't seem motivated to care about the stock-holder or stock PPS, and I have been assuming that there would be an effort to buy back some of the shares with new revenue. From an investor/trader stand point, my confidence has diminished in this stock being treated in a way that has sustained value.

Finally, I buy products from companies that I am proud to endorse, I buy stocks from companies that show promise in attracting investors. STAU has implied its not interested in attracting investors, and my timing is off because I was anticipating a PR about holiday sales, current projects, etc. Now, I'm thinking those won't happen until at least March or a major contract occurs after all the research involved in a major contract.
