how can anyone here logically say they will take a different route in this case than they took in BKUNQ??

I can logically say that because last Nov a POL was put forward, to be voted on this coming Monday.. Actually if I was a creditor I wouldn't be too happy with kilpatrick stockton.. they're making do with what assets they can get in the present situation.. ie bank a/c and maybe tax refunds if they can win them from the fdic.

So therefore they are taking a different route.. BKUNQ cred' taking the cadillac and so far CORSQ cred's getting a bicycle.. imo.

If I was a creditor here I'd be hoping for a better opportunity..
