What (WTF) is this? insiders information? Are you sure you dont work for HSCO undercover? IMO Sounds like your trying to pump the stock only to have management dilute? Did you read todays news? It coincided with what you found out yesterday? they appointed a new COO? Something aint right here. When a stock takes a beating for months on end and bottoms out theres probably a 90% chance there setting up for an R/S and you dont want bagholders on your conscious after this pump?

Muga I spoke with Dominick the new member of the management team and the "CEO" of DMD Lighting...he said we can expect news "shortly" (does anyone really know what time frame is attatched to the word "shortly) that will lay out what the company's plans are..and will explain what has been taking place over the past few weeks...says there are many deals in the works.
