It's a risk not using all-or-none on these OTC stocks, but where I used to always use it, I now rarely do, unless it's really thinly traded.
I've had several times when I've put in an order (for example) for 50k shares AON and it sits for hours, sometimes not even showing up on the bid or ask, despite being high bid or low ask and above the minimum quantity, then removed the AON restriction and put it at the exact same price and have it completely filled within minutes.
I've also had 5k shares go in seconds and the other 45k go 2 minutes later.
Now I figure if someone wants to play games and sell me $10 worth of stock or buy $10 worth of mine the so be it. So I rarely use AON on stocks with volume many times my trade in a day.
FWIW.
