Yes, Risk-taker, it's a real deal. I spoke to a representative at Resolution and he confirmed the MOU with Vivakor that starts out at 3mil$ for the merger. But he also added a caveat that terms are yet to be worked out. If you want to get in touch, you must email Resolution and you will get a call back in a few days.
