May be that the loan is contingent upon the merger, or not. The merger would be a plus to the lender before or after the loan is final. IMO the loan will be used for Aqusitions just as it has always been intended and there is no reason to believe minesweeper, as well as the other companies have changed their mind. The Nay Sayers propose that these other Companies have bailed on us but they have no facts and speculate just as we all do while we wait for the 'Real Meat' PR's...GLTA......PAPA
