I feel there is or has been at least some dilution here. This stock has tanked since August 2010. There have been many opportunities to trade VCTY but the PPS has tanked, why is that?

The IR just in the Reverse Boost Program announcement that "even though they tell their clients not to dilute they often do anyway". That's not verbatim but very close, find a copy of it and read that piece specifically.

I want a higher PPS too. Of course that's immediately after I grab more at a lower PPS :)
