I am currently not a shareholder of SBFM. It is my belief from reading the latest pr and 10Q that SBFM will need to dilute their shares some to raise the $5 million projected to complete their phase I trials. I have an entry price target, and if SBFM hits that target, I will buy into the company. My target price is not an unrealistic price, nor do I think it will be a bottom price. My guess is that I will be a shareholder within a month. I am excited about getting in at the bottom floor, so to speak, and watching this company grow.
