In reading the Press Release, there seems to be many things in a very positive nature in regards to what the possibilities are.

My questions are these.

1) With the two spinoffs, I am not clear as to whether they will be publically traded, will they be?

2) With the new investors and the statement that the new investors are not worried about the AMEX situation, shouldn't the stock on that note alone be moving over the $2 range based on the revenue potential and the low O/S and Float? Thank you.

3) And this statement is huge IMHO, ""As we stated in the press release, this gives us the capital that we need to start seriously commercializing our early cancer diagnostics test, Onko-Sure,".

There seems to be amazing potential here yet the stock does not reflect that and I am trying to understand the aspects as to why it is not moving up? Thank you.
