When news is released, there going to run this up to the 4's and dump again. Thats the pattern i'm seeing. yesterdays volume should've had this stock well over the 4's. nite and csti are dumping heavily. the 10 day 10 min chart looks good. but not the 1 yr chart. Enjoy, see you in the .001 area! diluting is never a fun thing to watch. makes it much harder to move up!
