That is the same observation that I had as well. We do not know why the Seller is selling at that price, but it happens all the time in the industry and when any economy is down that is when smart business investors by the diamonds in the ruff and this company seems to be smart enough to go after the deals that they can get good results from their investments. And the $1 value like I also noticed is a nice plus for the company providing an instant realized value of $10M dollars to the company. Then add in the $15M in asset value, would that not equate to a $25M dollar gain for the company?

5 star hotel bought at a discount. Why, the discount? No idea. But a good deal is a good deal. The main thing I take from this is they accepted stock at a premium. $1. Since the whole idea is to buy low and sell high they must feel they will end up well north of a $1 to make the deal pay for them. I'm sure they did substantial DD and I find the best course of action would be to value their actions over others opinion.
