Yes, but the real value would be more than what a construction loan value would be. I am now realizing from that statement made by the other poster that the company is more business savvy than I first realized and they are purchasing this property undervalued and gaining the $15M in instant asset value. Adding that to their books is a real plus for the company and the shareholders like us.

A value of $32M Euro with a value of $45M US is huge IMHO. Shouldn't the stock price be at the $1 value since that was accepted by the Seller for the overall value of the stock?

Would this not mean that the company could make a move to the NASDAQ quickly once they meet that $4 dollar value?

I am now wondering if they have branched out to the Hotel business, would they not already have others in the queue? They have surprised me with the recent update. I was thinking it would be on the power project so we still have that update coming as well. This could be bigger than I was first thinking. Wonder what the next surprise will be as the company has alluded to in their Press Release.
