The buildings, land and all the furnishings would be considered assets that would be included in the appraisal.

Those assets are bogus. The appraisal could have been for the construction loan.

Holy moly, Construction loans do not include the land. That makes the appraisal much,much higher. Maybe as much as 40% higher. IMO

The more I look at this, the more I like it!
