FFF-OK let's see if you are capable on comprehending this, as it is the LAST TIME:

I'm not disputing that S8 shares are registered and free trading, BUT, insiders like Dave, Rhonda and Bob B. still have to file form 4's and 144's on ANY transactions. Get it?
There is no such thing as "free trading shares as an "insider".
Also, ESOP S8 shares can NOT be paid to officers or directors of the company. Read the filing please!

RMOO and RVNM are out of compliance then if they did that. Would you like MSEP to be out of compliance also?

MSEP disclosed the 6 million to SmallCapVoice. Ask SmallCap why it isn't on their website. That is their problem. Do you think maybe MSEP has control of that website also?
