L2 is bid stacking 4@.0046. Ask is thin to .01 But nobody seems to be budging this morning so far. I was hoping to see them chasing the ask right out the gate.

EDIT: 5000 shares took out .0048 And it showed that 48 as a sell when it was clearly on the ask originally.

I have no clue whats going on so don't listen to me.
