it doesn't matter what price fluctuations ACTT does in this point in time.
ACTT will be a big winner in the end that's when i lay my cards on the table.
and it will never go to .01 because way before that i and many other would have picked up the entire float and some naked with that.
about the preferred, salas is never going to bring them to the table at these prices they are owned by his investment firm and they are here to make money not loose it.
and even if it comes that's nothing for ACTT it will still be a very small float.
