I agree on the possibility of the risk factor being why they pay more. Or it could also be that the other companies are worth more and have more disclosion requirements. But if you pay in stocks then there is always the possibility that your pps could go down and then the IR could be stuck with much less in value than anticipated. Just my thoughts on this. Im still a newb at stocks and finding dd so dont count on ANYTHING I say.

I have no clue whats going on so don't listen to me.
