Economies don't turn by themselves. They require lots of help from business and consumer spending and they also require some EVIDENCE of the business and consumer spending. BtB is one of them and a good one as should be the first that recovers as companies order semi components to built the equipment you and I buy (or not buy as the case may be). And in the case of the BtB ratio, there is contraction ahead.
