The OS had to increase so Warner could get control of the company and make the reverse merger possible. All the new shares in the OS have a MINIMUM 1 year holding period so those shares won't be hitting the float any time soon. Mark Smith said float is unchanged with all the new shares Warner received.
Can't wait to get more details on the private company MBYTF will be merging with. If its a real company with a goal to get on Amex the new OS shares might not matter that much. We'll find out soon enough.
