Converge Global, Inc. Announces Gold Property Joint Venture With Sarissa Resources Inc

Converge Global, Inc. announced a Joint Venture deal with Sarissa Resources Inc on a gold property in Northern Ontario, Canada. The O'Connor Asquith property, residing in Asquith and Churchill Townships consists of 16 claims, approximately 640 acres (1 square mile) and has significant historical gold showings. Converse Global Inc, will earn a 50% interest in the O'Connor Asquith property by paying Sarissa $25,000, and paying Sarissa $15,000 annually for the next three years, spending $120,000 in the next 18 months on exploration on the property, as well as paying Sarissa 3,000,000 Converge Global, Inc. common shares. Sarissa will be the operator of the property.
