Sorry! No need to read the complaint.I now own 2-stocks that are filed in the complaint.(HRNF) and (BEDA).BTW! There was no wrong doing found with the issuer.Those that want to better understand what companys can do with unreg shares.Should read complaint.Because some would want you to believe company was selling unreg shares which is false....(HRNF)
