look it up...this is why Watchit Technologies Inc. owns Air Pure Systems Development Inc. as well as Ecologix.

They essentially bought almost all of Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc.'s subsidiaries, hence their stock tanking.

They basically have nothing left.
