PVX - Bobwins, Kozuh... Familiar with it?

Provident Energy Trust is into Canadian oil and gas. Unless I'm reading something wrong, at the current price of $10 per share, they are paying 1% per month in cash and the shares have increased double digits per year since 2002. Based on the historical payouts and appreciation it seems like a guaranteed 12% and likely 25% return per year.

Thoughts?
