lol okay-- by any rational definition, the stock is illiquid. Typically a stock considered "liquid" trades about 1% of its OS per day.

That you can personally buy/sell aside-- the overall condition is illiquid-- perhaps a kinder phrase is "thinly traded?"

(I don't feel like rifling thru posts-- but if you find the Affidavit of Mr Kaplanis, that'll give you a start to understanding the Promotion.)
