The part about Mr. Rayat's plan to sell 2,300,000 shares is very reminescent of a situation I had with a small local bank. It was thinly trading at about $23 when a founder and large owner (like Mr. Rayat) submitted a plan to sell. The bank's investor relations manager assured me it would not significantly alter the price so I held on. I still have large holdings but unfortunately it is now trading at $3.60.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!

Also of note is that cash is runnign low. Over $2 million is now down to a little over $500,000.
