tgtbtru, your name says it all in pinksheet land. Trahan has already taken this to the bank and he is probably all in with regards to anything legal happening to him or any of his cronies. How much does one invest in pinksheets? Would someone have that much invested to warrant hiring a legal council to pursue management...well Trahan has made this bet many times over and will do the same with the new companies and on and on he goes. All his cronies fly right along side being directors of this or that, CFO's, whatever is needed, web sites are built, IR guys then take the stage and off it goes with the business model of choice, he then brings in his paid promoters and blah blah blah...his current model is the "green" technologies. So what can be done? Fact is he doesn't live in USA or his native country Canada; not saying SEC can't travel but surely there is a reason he resides where he does (Bahamas). So again, what can be done? Seems like the only person that seems to shed some light on him has been the streetsweeper gal Melissa Davies. That was the article I saw regarding AWSL and a few of his past cronies and from that point on I figured I wasn't making a nickle off my investment.
