Its a good strategy. When some big holders sell thier part of shares during every leg up. The new investors come in and its good for the PPS. Atleast we won't see any big dump when the price reach a ceratin point.

Normally with the dilution, the share price goes down. But TLAG holds well with the dilution (If its dilution from the company). Also chart looks great. we need to break 0.0006/7 range, then we are clear to 0.0017 range. Then the company needs to put out some PR, then the breakout to 200DMA (0.0068). All of course IMO.
