MEDINAH MINERALS Question & Answers
February 1, 2011

Question & Answer postings are compiled from time to time, as an information source as to company actions and/or activities. Q&A posts will continue in the post-Joint Venture Agreement phase concerning Company activities, to provide ongoing information for the benefit of Medinah Minerals shareholders.

Q: I guess I don't need to tell you that investor confidence is slipping. I'm no expert but I do know one thing when it comes to business, if you don't communicate with people then frustration grows negatively. In plain English...It's time to put out some form of update as to the status of the money transfer.

A: Management continues to work “on a daily basis” with the Joint Venture partners to finalize the initial transfer of funds. Required answers have been documented and provided to the various Governmental and Banking authorities and the formal process is proceeding. We are monitoring developments and look forward to being able to finally report the resolution of transfer issues. Upon notification that the funding is confirmed, and received, we will immediately report same to the shareholder body.

All terms and conditions, pursuant to the signed contract among parties, remain unchanged.
