The VC was only 2 minutes. RR is delayed a couple of days - no biggie.

More importantly, these guys seem to have a way of getting all kinds of cash from all kinds of sources.

What does this tell me. It tells me that whatever they have put forth for a Business Model, Business Plan - call it what you will, it is AWESOME.
