Bro...if you have contacted the company as you stated and they are aware of the issue...what do you expect us to do...badger them? Its in the companys hands....I am not defensive...or worried....but some folks get kinda over heated when progress doesnt come at THEIR pace...we got a choice...you were proactive...thanks....so either hold...add...or sell...its that simple bro...GLTY
