You do realized this is a NasDaq Company until 2005. They then filed a 15-12g going silent, which automatically puts them on the pink sheets with a caveat until they are reinstated, which jyst happened. The company has 400 employees, and 9 offices throughout the world. Hong Kong, US, UK, Japan, etc. All Confirmed
