Yes... we have people here on the ground doing physical diligence and talking with administration... we have strong arguments for all the points, with the exception of not being able to point to direct evidence of cash holdings... We have lots of capable analysts... And we can anticipate much of the negative at this point...

We could put together a website pointing out these issues and making forms letters available for contacting the SEC, etc...

I think the news that retail investors are banding together in an organized fashion can make news in its own right...
