Wer weiß ??? Die Leute bekommen Aktien......HRCT bekommt Geld.....und Geld geht an die SEC ! Und solltn die Leute die die Aktien bekommen haben mit einem Deal zu tun haben.....dann war dies evtl. eine Vorabzahlung ???? Was anderes fällt mir auch nicht ein....jedenfalls zu diesem Kurs die Aktien abzugeben ist ein Witz :(
