My answer would not change. But again the 70 cents in dividends does not matter to me as much as getting the Financials done. I can go without being handed dividends (shares of dilution), but want to see something finishd that they promised from some time ago.

Can we get off the dividends and get to what really matters? A survery of 13 or 23 when we do not even know how many actually own shares is not fair. Nor is the amount of those that supposedly voted in the survey speaking for the over 2500 shareholders of record.

The Financials! A 10K filing!

Those are the things that matter. Because with those happening, this stock takes off.
