How about if it's rephrased to "Not many OTC companies use a Big Four auditor."

JBI is proving they have a long term plan. E&Y provide JBI with credibility, if they sign off on an audit, it says a lot to other potential partners.

Truth is based on fact & only changes as a result of further evidence!
