Aw ,wish you that best ,but it makes me wonder what this guy is thinking ,if he doesnt go with your deal and runs .. He will have legal issues to take along with him... I for one will be suiting this guy for fraud,and before someone says it's not fraud , read back over the past years. Pr statements which lead to investor investing int this company...

This is more than a once and a life time dream or event for him ...

Second are you allowing him to hold any shares in the company,if you do take over ?
