As a Nasdaq OTO traded company, we do not file our financial statements nor do we publish our share structure. We hope that some time in the future our shares may be traded on the BB, and of course we would then file full financial and shareholder statements.
Again, Malers hasn’t been in this shell for 40 days yet. It takes time to build up a company on the stock exchange. The company is doing everything possible in this short time improve the position of investors and will continue to operate in the best interest of our customers and investors.
