So we finally have our answer to "when"!!!

Was anyone else surprised that the record date was Jan 31, 2011?

For some reason, I thought it would be back last fall, when they announced the deal? If I had known that it would be now, I might have bought some more shares down here at .10! I figured any shares I bought after the record date wouldn't be counted and I would just lose most of them in the reverse, so I didn't buy any since last summer...

Kinda bummed about that :(

Obviously, no one ELSE has been buying much either, since our volume has been practically nil :)
