Very nice home!!

I love dawn redwood. A client has one that is two trunked. one is over 3.5 feet, the other maybe 2.5 feet across at ground level.. prolly 50-60 years old, and 80-95 feet tall.

I assume you know that dawn redwood were thought extinct till a stand was found deep in a China forest, back in the 1930's..from those cuttings came every one of today's trees.
