Too funny!! Now you want to slam FINRA for telling investors that you aren't providing the information to meet even their most minimal requirement. I think anyone but the most insane would accept FINRA's view of things over yours.

BTW, the disclaimer is relative to the information provided by the companies for dissemination, not about the factual information FINRA provides about status.
