Yes, the way I see it, Joshua Henderson filed a fraudulent report, citing himself as president of the corporation. If this is true, I would expect that he was escorted off the premises today, and we should be seeing a new filing listing someone else as COO.

IF, this is true, I can't imagine what Jeff is going through finding a traitor among his management staff.
