Talk about appraise this, appraise that, who cares. Here's the real question.... The higher the sales price the higher the taxes collected, property, sales on and on. BUT ONE THING NEVER CHANGES No matter how much the municipalities collect they never have enough money! Where in the HELL does all the money go? Guess you just can't fill a bottomless pit.
