With the expiration 7 years away the warrants enable us to have levarage in relation to the stock price. If you feel the co. will be earning $10.00/sh in 2012 you might have a $150-200.00 stock price. But the warrants will increase a greater % than the stock. Same as buying calls in the options market. Considering where the a's are trading the warrants should hypothetically be trading at $50.00 now. Of course the $10.00 could be conservative and, as we have seen with KRO, we could be surprised. There are going to be very few warrants floating around.
